Terms of Service
About these terms
These terms set out the rules for using charbuckscreative.co.uk. By using the website, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The website is run by Charbucks Creative, a creative and digital design studio offering branding and website design. "We", "us" and "our" mean Charbucks Creative.
Business name: Charlotte Buck trading as Charbucks Creative / Charlotte Buck Creative.
Address: 14 Tornado Way, Market Deeping, PE6 8UW
Email: charlottebuckcreative@gmail.com
These terms cover your use of the website only. Any design work we do for you is covered by a separate written proposal and client agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.

You're welcome to browse the site, view our work and contact us for personal or business purposes. When using it, you must not:

Try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system
Introduce viruses, malware or anything else harmful
Send spam, or use our contact form to send unsolicited marketing
Scrape, copy or harvest content or data from the site using automated tools, including to train AI models

Intellectual property
Everything on this website belongs to us or is used with permission. That includes our designs, logos, illustrations, patterns, photographs, text, layout and the Charbucks Creative name and branding.
You may view the site and share links to it.
You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, sell or use any of our designs or content, including as inspiration boards, templates or in your own portfolio, without our written permission.
Client work shown in our portfolio is displayed with the client's permission. The rights in that work belong to us or our clients as agreed in each project. Brand names and logos shown remain the property of their owners.
Nothing on this site gives you a licence to use any of our work. Rights in work we create for clients are set out in the client agreement and usually pass only once the project is paid for in full.
If you'd like to use something from our site, or you believe content here infringes your rights, please email us.
Our services, quotes and purchases
Information about our services and prices on the website is a general guide, not an offer we must accept.
Enquiries and quotes: contacting us through the website doesn't create a contract. A project only begins once we've both agreed a written proposal or client agreement and any deposit has been paid.
Prices: prices shown are in pounds sterling and may change.
Online purchases (if offered): if you buy a product through our online shop, such as a template or digital download, the contract is formed when we email to confirm your order. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider.
Your right to cancel: if you're buying as a consumer, you usually have 14 days to cancel an online order. For digital downloads, you agree to immediate access at checkout and accept that you lose this right once the download starts. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.
Use of purchased products: digital products are licensed for your own use under the licence terms shown with the product. You may not resell or share them.
Links, availability and liability
We work hard to keep the site accurate and running smoothly, but it is provided "as is".
Accuracy: content on the site is for general information. We don't guarantee it is complete, accurate or up to date.
Availability: we may update, suspend or remove the site or any part of it at any time. We aren't responsible if it's unavailable for any reason.
Links to other sites: we may link to other websites, such as LinkedIn or clients' sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Viruses: we take reasonable steps to keep the site secure, but you should use your own virus protection.
Our liability: we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website, including loss of profits, business, data or opportunity, except where the law doesn't allow us to exclude it.
What we never exclude: nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under English law.
Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy & Cookies Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information and how we use cookies.
